 ”Our firm is dedicated to providing education for our clients so each decision made is informed and comprehensive as to how it will affect their estate plan and financial situation. As such, we have the following continuing service standards.

We want to answer your questions or concerns and we want you to know that you can contact us at any time with those concerns. In order to help build that relationship, we offer one free hour of consultation, on any legal or tax question, per month. In addition, we offer a free review of your plan every three years. We want you to feel comfortable with us and we want to keep you involved in your plan as your life or the laws change.

We will try our best to give you timely answers and responses to any correspondence. If you call in to our office, we want you to know that we will do everything we can to get back with you in one business day. We may not have a full answer by that time, but we will let you know how it is progressing.

We will have set guidelines for all of our work and will do everything we can to meet those guidelines, and if they are not able to be met, then we will let you know as soon as we know that they are unattainable and the next step in meeting the new deadline.

We will do seminars on estate planning and developments in taxes and laws. Although these are generally just open to the public, but, as a Client, you are invited, too.”
